Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to determine whether there is a link between the amount of net monthly salaries of selected groups of immigrants in the Czech Republic, the type of work the immigrants perform, and the subjective perception of their health condition. The research has shown that the generally prevalent labour among immigrants is manual work over the combined and intellectual work, mostly among the Ukrainians. The significance between the type of work and the nationality has been demonstrated only in the Ukrainians, where manual workers feel worse than intellectually and combined working people. A statistically significant relationship between the subjective perception of health condition of the immigrants and the amount of their net monthly salary has not been demonstrated.
