Summary/Abstract: We are currently witnesses to a rapid development of computer technology. The crime, which we call computer-information crime, is increasingly linked in this area to the rapid development of technology especially in the field of computer technology. Computer crime has reached lately such an extent that it is ranked in terms of its danger just behind drug crime and organized crime. The detection of criminal activities related to computer crime has its pitfalls. The rate of which the perpetrators of computer crime adapt to new possibilities of abuse of computer technology is so high that the law enforcement authorities are permanently in criminal proceedings by its detection and documentation a few steps back.
