Summary/Abstract: Juvenile delinquency is a permanent discussed issue, both experts and public. What will be our society like, it will be up to our children, consequently to us, how we will bring them up. This paper will deal with juvenile delinquency that minors (those under 15) and juveniles (those from 15 to 18) commit, and it is the extremist crime. A number of preventive and repressive measures have been taken in recent years to affect the extremist crime in a positive way in young people, and prevent them from committing it. Whether these measures have been efficient, it will be the aim of this paper
