Law within the concept of lawmaking as learning

Summary/Abstract: This concept is related to the „lawmaking as learning” theory. Constructing norms is based on the similarities noticed by the legislator. The state, as a learning organization, shows what behaviours should be imitated. The article deals with the theory in the development phase. It was indicated that further research is needed to the use of pedagogical achievements in relation to legal issues.
