Summary/Abstract: The paper is focused on analyzing the possibility of prediction of employees' personal initiative under the Instrument of The Team Climate Inventory (TCI-38) which was validated in the Czech Republic with the following factor structure: (1) Team vision, (2) Encouraging innovation, (3) Secure cooperation, (4) Focus on the tasks, (5) Communication. Based on the statistical analysis by the multiple regression analysis four models estimating the possibility of prediction of 72.3 % of initiative of employees were compiled, based on the following factors: (1) Team vision, (2) Encouraging innovation, (3) Secure cooperation, (4) Focus on the tasks. The possibilities of application and the further research are discussed in the article.
