Summary/Abstract: This research is an observation study examining the effects of classroom communication and relationships on student success. In this study conducted at the 6th grade level of secondary school, it was analyzed in detail how classroom dynamics affect student motivation, participation and academic performance. The main focuses of the research include teacher-student communication, student-student relations, classroom communication atmosphere and the effects of these factors on academic success. Findings showed that a positive and supportive classroom communication environment positively affects student experiences. Additionally, it has been determined that rewarding good communication increases student motivation and encourages academic participation. However, it has also been observed that negative communication and relationship dynamics negatively affect student success. As a result, this study emphasizes the importance of classroom communication on student success and offers suggestions for educational practice and policies.
