Summary/Abstract: When we invoke paideia in the Christian family as a response to the current challenges of the world in a European context, it is essential to assume Christian martyrdom for the protection of the family, according to the documents of the Synod of Crete, 2016, which propose an educational paradigm of “education in Christ”, with its foundation being Christological anthropology.
