Legal opinion on government bill on Educational Information.

Summary/Abstract: The opinion concerns the bill on Educational Information System (Sejm paper no. 3628). The aim of the System is to provide data for creating the educational policy. The most important modification is collecting individual data of students instead of collective information. The author considers that the bill is too large, but technically correct. The author analyses the question of compliance of the bill with the Constitution. In author’s opinion, the final assessment depends on the substantive merits of the bill.
