Summary/Abstract: The article analyses the status of electronic evidence in criminal cases in accordance with certain concepts of the Bulgarian legislation on criminal procedure. The exposition is built on fundamental principles of theory and practice over the past decades, as well as on some new legal provisions during the last five years.
