Summary/Abstract: This research examines school administrators' process of determining communication strategies between teachers, their evaluation of the implementation and effectiveness of these strategies, factors and obstacles that enhance cooperation, their experiences and future strategies. Based on the data obtained from interviews with 20 school administrators in Aksaray province, the research was analyzed under various themes. Findings show that school administrators use various strategies to improve communication between teachers and work on various factors to increase collaboration. In particular, it has been shown that providing an open communication environment, setting common goals and creating a positive work culture increases cooperation. However, it has been determined that obstacles such as lack of communication, resistance and lack of resources make cooperation difficult. As a result of the evaluation of the experiences, it was determined that the previous experiences provided learning and growth in communication, coping with difficulties and teamwork. In determining future strategies, it is recommended to focus on issues such as communication skills development programs, conflict management training and leadership and motivation seminars.
