Summary/Abstract: It is always difficult to talk about the identity because it is an intrinsically problematic concept. This problems of the identity appear indeed fully only when a question becomes conceivable such as: "Who am I? ". In a world increasingly globalized, the debate about identity is fully justified. In recent years, the Ivory Coast was hit by a crisis that is quick to find the causes in an identity crisis. Our study aims therefore to discuss the question of national identity in Ivory Coast. The concept of “ivoirité” initially conceived as a cultural synthesis has collapsed into the political field removing kind to him all its substance. This study renews the debate on “Ivoirité” and proposes the construction of an inclusive identity.
