Summary/Abstract: Among all of the resources that are available to modern companies, the staff is the one that is most difficult to imitate and recreate. Internal marketing is the idea which involves the participation of all employees in the company services success. The consequence of its implementation by a service company is noticing and treating all employees as clients whose interests are regarded as equal to the interests of external clients. The paper describes the importance of the human factor in services, it presents the concepts of internal marketing and marketing personnel in enterprise services. It also shows its addressees and tools of internal marketing, indicating the role it plays in service companies and the factors that are affecting the success of its implementation.
