DIGITAL COMPETENCE – A NECESSARY CONDITION FOR THE FUTURE MUSIC TEACHER

Summary/Abstract: The situation of the educational process in the electronic environment in March 2020, due to the epidemiological situation and the spread of coronavirus infection (COVID-19) in the country posed new challenges to school education. The article presents an overview of the skills that future music teachers must have to implement music education in an electronic environment. Emphasis is placed on the need for digitally trained music teachers to realize the learning objectives in both face-to-face and electronic environments. Exemplary activities have been carried out in the course of which competencies are realized, which will ensure unhindered professional realization in the field of school education.
