Summary/Abstract: Thee purpose of this study is to create the image of the Transylvanian village in the twentieth century through the eyes of Father Aurel Munteanu. he Transylvanian village to which we will refer and which was pastored by Fr. Aurel Munteanu is called Sebeșul Mare, the Drăgan Valley today. As methods that we will use in order to achieve the purpose we call the following: descriptive method and comparative method. he objectives set for this study are the following: to discover the values of the Transylvanian village in the twentieth century, to draw the personality of Father Aurel Munteanu and to present how they lived in this locality, during the time of Father Aurel Munteanu’s presence
