Summary/Abstract: In contemporary society, work stands as one of the crucial elements of life, pos-ing numerous challenges to both employees and the organizations they work for.Work has evolved beyond merely being a means to earn a living; it increasinglyinvolves building a career, pursuing one’s calling, or fulfilling personal aspirations.An emerging threat faced by modern workers is occupational burnout. Thistopic holds significant societal importance due to its impact on the individual employee and the functioning of the organization they are part of. Occupationalburnout affects not only the employee, influencing their professional and personallife, but also the company they work for. Moreover, burnout is more commonlyobserved among workers whose professions are mismatched with their interests,talents, psycho-physical conditions, and health. Therefore, the proper selection ofa profession, where an individual spends more than half of their life, becomesparamount.
