Summary/Abstract: In literature we find phrases about fables and medieval stories about animals, synthetic expositions of works with such themes, portraits of people with tricks and stubbornness, stupidity and imposture, the symbolism of the mask, the artistic treatment of the political message, the religious significance of animals, descriptions of animals with moralizing explanations, imaginary narratives. The cinematography completes the bestiary with novel and spectacular moralizing stories.
