Summary/Abstract: A characteristic of social transformation is new inventions and ideas. Today, we have at our disposal a large amount of data, which is increasing explosively every day. A huge database requires time to analyze it which somewhat causes the feeling of frustration that people are prone to when trying to adapt to new changes or when they are faced with the challenges that are a consequence of the advancement of technology. All data stored in a database are important for a faster supply of information in legal practice, a faster arrival to the desired answer, and a reduction in the time the clients have to wait for their requests. This paper emphasizes the application of artificial intelligence in legal practice, which brings with it greater legal transparency, efficiency in resolving disputes, and also, artificial intelligence represents a type of conflict with law firms, as traditional organizations in the field of providing legal services. This paper denotes the analysis of different thoughts on the impact of the application of virtual data on the elements of the legal system and the impact on the judiciary. Attention is also focused on a number of issues related to transparency and responsibility in the use of artificial intelligence in the legal system, which can also be abused by those who want to engage in manipulations for their own benefit. Finally, all of the above indicates that it is of great importance to establish a consistent and ethical way of using artificial intelligence, so that the rights and freedoms of individuals are not threatened; furthermore, it is important to implement mechanisms for monitoring actions in the legal system in order to timely detect and prevent irregularities.
