Summary/Abstract: The term "scientia" translated from Latin means: knowledge, skill, and it is most often used as science. In a general sense, science is synonymous with knowledge, the primary goal of which is objective truth or identification, description and explanation of social, natural and other phenomena and processes, as well as the discovery of laws that rule in them or based on important factors, cause and condition their emergence and development. Consequently, science knowledge represents a body of agreed conclusions about objective reality, about some or some phenomena and processes, which in social, political, legal, military and other practices can be confirmed, verified, by certain scientific methods. According to the above mentioned point of view, it is indisputable that through science, the power of science, scientific knowledge in social and other processes is realized in given conditions, at a given time and in a given place. The power of science and knowledge is causally related to social, political, legal, economic, military and other development forms and processes.
