Summary/Abstract: The article deals with the issue of student alienation resulting from specific difficulties in learning to read and write. This psychosocial aspect of the functioning of dyslexic students at school is more and more often perceived as a serious problem with long-term effects, both individual and social. In this context, it seems reasonable to recall the assumptions of inclusive education, which can be an effective remedy against the alienation of students with dyslexia in the school environment.
