Work environment factors influencing the experience of "Burnout" by specialists in the social sphere

Summary/Abstract: The article presents the results of a study of Burnout syndrome and the impact of gender, age, length of service and factors of the working environment (job satisfaction, working environment and salary) on burnout in specialists employed in the social sphere. The aim of the study was to analyze the causes of emotional exhaustion, depersonalization of clients and a lack of feeling of personal achievement. The results obtained will serve to build strategies and explore the possibilities for prevention, early detection and interventions of Burnout syndrome.
