Legislative regulation on the assessment of Secondary Education students

Summary/Abstract: The article presents the system of students’ evaluation in secondary education in Poland. Students are subject to an internal assessment, the rules of which are set forth in national law and in internal regulations of schools. There is also a state system of external examinations, which is intended to ensure, among other things, an improvement in the quality of school work.
