Summary/Abstract: In this study, the subject of charismatic leadership will be examined in general terms. The leader is one of the most important elements that direct the society. The world is changing and developing rapidly, and it will be easier to act with strong leaders in order to keep up with this pace. In this context, the charismatic leader will be the key to keeping up with the changing world with his extraordinary characteristics. First, after explaining the concepts of charisma and leader, a general evaluation was made on the subject of charismatic leader.
