Summary/Abstract: The article presents a system of tasks for a unique text by a modern author, containing about 60 frequency phraseological turns found both in works of different genres and in the oral speech of modern native speakers of different generations. The system under discussion allows students who speak Russian at the B2 and C1 levels not only to get acquainted with the peculiarities of the meaning, use and structure of phraseological units, but also to activate the skills of their use.
