Summary/Abstract: The design and implementation of performance objectives at the level of the unit falls under the category of opportunity measures, left by the legislator at the disposal of the employer, being at the same time a measure by which he aims to make his own activity more efficient. Tasks and activities that do not literally comply with the content of the job description, but that fall within the employee's work, set by the employer in the form of individual performance objectives, do not represent a unilateral change of the individual employment contract. By their nature, they demand specific evaluation criteria of the extent to which they have been achieved.
