Summary/Abstract: Perpetrators of domestic violence are ordered to leave the apartment shared with the victims, as well as prohibited from approaching or contacting them. Failure to comply with them constitutes an offence when they are imposed under the Police Act and the Act on Counteracting Domestic Violence. The same applies to perpetrators’ failure to participate in programs aimed at changing their behaviour. Failure to comply with such orders and prohibitions by perpetrators of the crime of abuse of a loved one is a crime, just as evasion of protective measures imposed in connection with domestic violence is a crime. The aim of the article is to analyze these prohibited acts from a comprehensive subject perspective based on the formal and dogmatic method.
