Summary/Abstract: The article explores the frequency of use of specialized language resource that serve to initiate the speech interaction in colloquial speech practice. These are the forms of address and the various stereotyped labels. When initiating speech communication, the right choice of address or polite etiquette expression is essential and is a guarantee for successful dialogue in a consensual environment. The survey has a sociolinguistic character. A poll has examined the views of a large number of respondents. The questions in the survey are related to the stage of attracting the attention of the addressee and the realization of the speech itself in situations of formal and informal communication.
