Summary/Abstract: The article assumes the publication of previously unpublished materials related to military migrations in the first centuries of our era. At the first stage, finds from burials of the Mutin type of the 1st century BC are considered on the territory of Desna and Upper Oskol river basin. The second stage includes materials related to the penetration of the Przeworsk squads on the right bank of the Dnieper and further east, including into the forest zone of the Oka region in the 2—3 centuries AD. The study shows that the agents of these influences could be both representatives of the Late Zarubintsy tradition and Przeworsk cultural groups in contact with them, whose campaigns and contacts ran through various regions of Eastern Europe. This interaction played a significant role in the formation of the military tradition and the spread of cultural elements in the West and East of the continent.
