Responsible management in financial enterprises: research findings

Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to present the practices of responsible management in financial enterprises operating in the Polish market. Based on the results of two measurement editions, the authors indicate a significantly higher level of responsible management in financial enterprises compared to diversified enterprises. The value of the Sub-index of Management for financial enterprises exceeds by over one and a half times the value for diversified enterprises. Additionally, only just under 10% of the surveyed enterprises achieved an index value below the level of the index for diversified enterprises.
