Pathological phenomena reducing trust in an enterprise

Summary/Abstract: The subject of the article is the phenomenon of trust in an enterprise, specifically identification of pathological phenomena reducing interpersonal trust. The article shortly discusses the terms of trust and its understanding considered in various contexts. The major part of the publication presents results of research identifying the range and frequency of pathological phenomena reducing interpersonal trust. The research covered 152 postgraduate students in 2016, professionally linked with enterprises operating on the Polish market. The results clearly indicate a large range and frequency of pathological phenomena reducing interpersonal risk. The kinds and frequency of pathological phenomena experienced by the students were visibly diversified in particular employee groups.
