Summary/Abstract: Although, at this moment, the national enforcement rules of most E.U. Member States are not put into distinct enforcement codes, which would expressly regulate the entire procedure, we can still say that the enforcement law science exists, being a guarantee of the observance of the procedural rights and obligations of the creditor and the debtor, as well as of the enforcement practice in regard to the completion of the civil action.
