The institution of judicial caution in the light of the New civil procedure Code

Summary/Abstract: The institution of bail in legal language is a sum of money given to a person or synonymous with the concept of cash collateral institution. However, in this study, with a number of important procedural aspects about the institution of legal security we observed that in its content, under the new rules of procedure, except for payment or securities issued by national or local government units may also include financial instruments, warranties or guarantees which may be a natural or legal person.
