Summary/Abstract: Throughout history, individuals assuming roles of guides and leaders have frequently been subject to a process of deification, with superhuman qualities attributed to them. This phenomenon is rooted in the belief, that they possess a distinct set of personality traits that set them apart from the general population. Within the realm of leadership theories, there exists a subset that characterizes leadership as having charismatic attributes. These theories elucidate how unique leadership traits exert influence on effective leadership behavior. Inherent in this perspective is the notion that leadership is an innate quality, implying that not everyone possesses the potential to become a leader. The personality characteristics of a leader represent a paramount set of factors within the domain of charismatic leadership. Notably, one of its defining features is a forward-looking perspective on events and the future. Leadership, by its very nature, is oriented toward the future, entailing a visionary approach to guiding individuals. Genuine leadership often entails the capacity to transcend the immediate realities that envelop us, discern imperceptible organizational shortcomings, and provide a lucid path for advancement.
