Summary/Abstract: The issue of the effectiveness of leadership style and its relationship with employee satisfaction are the subject of numerous studies in the field of occupational and organizational psychology. Theories exploring the phenomenon leadership are many in number. Supervisors affect satisfaction, efficiency and devotion of the employees in the organization. Managers have a comprehensive role for building the mission and vision of the organization, and group cohesion. This analysis examines the prevailing leadership styles and their interdependence with employeesatisfaction.
