Influence of the social climate in organizations on job satisfaction

Summary/Abstract: The social climate in organizations subject to different studies aiming to find the relationship between the social working conditions in organizations and satisfaction of labor. Job satisfaction as a characteristic of individual acquires importance not only for their own mental health and well-being, but also for the economic efficiency of the organization. The present study analyzes the overall climate of the organization by examining the level of employee satisfaction.
