Information and Security Through the Lens of Contemporary Issues

Summary/Abstract: Information and information security are an important part of the contemporary issues of information security. The subject of the article is a study related to the interpretation of data, the available information and its security, on the example of a separate organization, in view of the readiness to make a change. The aim is to indicate the possible toolkit to use change readiness, change management, resistance to change and resistance forces at work. All this is impossible to do without providing reliable and objective preliminary information to be confirmed or rejected, with which to recommend to the management of the organization the improvement of its image and better market positions.
