Summary/Abstract: Social Media Care constitutes a new trend in customer service in the age of Web 2.0. It involves customer service in “360 degrees” system, in particular the usage of social media. The key role in the process is played by communication and monitoring the brand. The paper presents models of Social Media Care customer service based on the research and practical application.
