Summary/Abstract: The honorary book of the University of Library Studies and Information Technologies is a unique and symbolic object in literary culture which occupies a special place in the history of higher education and print and writing art of the modern academic environment. This report aims to explore and analyze the document as a literary work by considering its role and influence in the development of art and science in our country at the end of the 20th and the beginning of the 21st century.
