Summary/Abstract: Тhis text presents the experience of creating self- art organization, which started its activity as a continuing scientific-applied project within the Academy of Music, Dance and Fine Arts art „Prof. Assen Diamandiev“ – Plovdiv. Different ones are revealed in the text activities of the organization as a new structure outside the university, as well as some good practices of interaction between the new legal formation with related universities, research centers, state and local governments and administration, business representatives, community organizations, in pursuit for building a network of partners and establishing a cultural infrastructure.
