Summary/Abstract: Successful professional realization is among the most sustainable and long-term goals for a young person. A successful profession not only offers financial independence, but also provides opportunities for development and plays a role in building self-esteem. Although financial independence is an important aspect, factors such as job satisfaction, professional development and personal fulfillment are no less significant for the individual. The hypothesis is that during university studies the strength and degree of influence of various factors changes.
