Integration of the „Cytation 5“ Multimode Cell Imaging Reader Into Radiobiological Research

Summary/Abstract: In the article, we describe the integration of new cytogenetic methods into radiobiological research using the Cytation 5 multimode reader, we provide an overview of commonly used cytogenetic methods in radiobiological research as well as a detailed description of the Cytation 5 multimode microplate reader. The work also includes a presentation of the results obtained using the Cytation 5 reader, in which we analyzed the effect of an extremely low-frequency magnetic field on human glioblastoma cells in vitro.
