Summary/Abstract: Promotional policy in tourism is not a very simple one. It is a priority to attract new customers and to retain them. The message must be specifc, attractive and emphasizing the satisfaction acquired by a specific touristic service. Now the touristical organizations have a very diverse range of techniques to communicate their services offered to customers: advertising, public relations, promotional sales, branding, direct marketing, sponsorhips, fairs and exhibitions.
