Summary/Abstract: The paper discusses the treatment of values among youth and emphasizes the importance of promoting and emphasizing education for values as a relevant direction in the development of a multifaceted personality. A life filled with values, and viewing values as guiding principles in life, is crucial for building positive potentials in young individuals. It also provides opportunities for creating an environment where values serve as criteria for strengthening positive interpersonal relationships. Education is a process, and this process is unimaginable without instilling values in young people. We live in a world of rapid (sometimes unexpected) changes that also affect values, sometimes leading to their relativization. The paper emphasizes the significance of building stable values and points out the undesirable consequences of relativizing values. It reflects on young people’s perspectives on today’s values, offering an exceptional opportunity to critically consider their opinions on values. The educational ideal could be formulated as shaping a free, well-rounded, and happy individual, embodying high ethical and other values. With this educational philosophy, we aim not to lead young people to relativize values but to maintain their stability in various spheres of life that involve young individuals.
