Summary/Abstract: Artificial intelligence (AI) is a field of computer science that focuses on creating intelligent machines that function and respond like humans. Artificial intelligence software is used to analyze and generate recommendations and make decisions based on data that is too "big" or complex for humans to process. It is an essential part of information management, healthcare, life sciences, data analytics, digital transformation, security. The aim of this work is to analyze AI-based techniques for extracting information from unstructured medical records. Despite advances in AI, there is still a lack of comprehensive analysis of AI's capabilities for summarizing and structuring health records
