Summary/Abstract: The question of the relationship between Christianity and the other religions of the world has reached a stage of great topicality, because it can be said that it is only today that the question of understanding between the world's religions is being fully realized as a consequence of the encounter and confrontation between the different cultures of the world and as an inexorable necessity to find a way of living together peacefully and prosperously on the entire surface of the earth. In this context, ecumenical interreligious dialogue must follow the laws of constructive dialogue: it must be based on reciprocity, promote common commitment and bear witness together to the mission entrusted to them, the stakes of such dialogue being understanding, cooperation and witness to the truth.
