Human capital management in contemporary banks, in the context of corporate eco-responsibility

Summary/Abstract: The main problems of human capital management in banking institutions are discussed from the viewpoint of one of the characteristic elements of Corporate Social Responsibility, namely: company eco-responsibility. Premises and determinants of corporate eco-responsibility are presented, as applied to banking operation. The specificity of human capital management processes in credit institutions is presented. Based on a sample of banks qualified for top company positions in the 7th edition of the RESPECT Index project, case studies of practical implementations of eco-related solutions in the sphere of human capital management are presented.
