Internet users and their activity – about the paradox of the lack of IT competences of Polish net surfers on the basis of “Social Diagnosis 2011”

Summary/Abstract: The research studies among Polish Internet user point that there is a significant discrepancy between the range of net usage understood as a share of net surfers in a population and the level of their basic IT competences. The results of “Social Diagnosis” form 2011 allowed for more detailed analysis of this phenomenon.
