Summary/Abstract: The article recounts the experience of attending a PLS youth camp for the youngest participants, known as "nestlings," accompanied by their parents. Despite the challenges of traveling from Kyiv to Ust-Chorna in Zakarpattia, including difficult road conditions and scarce train tickets, the experience proved rewarding. The camp's program centered around the four elements—fire, water, earth, and air—with activities like volcano building, balloon experiments, and playing with fire hoses. The daily routine included physical exercise, prayers, meals, workshops, and time for camp mail. The camp emphasized Ukrainian language and values, attracting families dedicated to passing down these traditions. The participants, including military parents supported by charity collections, appreciated the community and learning opportunities. The experience highlighted the resilience and dedication of Ukrainian families amid wartime challenges.
