Summary/Abstract: According to the opinion of the Venice Commission, the Constitution of Serbia (adopted in 2006) is “very difficult to amend” and therefore bad. After making a comparative analysis, the author proves that the Constitution of Serbia is simply difficult to amend, instead of being “very difficult to amend”, secondly, that there is a great number of relevant constitutions which are as equally difficult to amend or even more difficult and thirdly, that the constitutions that are difficult to amend are not neces-sarily bad. On the contrary, practice has shown that these constitutions have always been amended easily and quickly whenever it was necessary.
