FINANCIAL SOLIDARITY – A STRUCTURED APPROACH TO THE COMPLEX ISSUE OF THE MIGRATION PHENOMENON

Summary/Abstract: It appears that more and more people seeking international protection do not want only to escape from the situations of generalized violence and armed conflict, but in addition, they are interested increasingly in more and more in the environmental conditions and living standards, in their social and economic integration. Starting from an international problem of absolute actuality, this study seeks to justify the concern of some states to unify the judicial processes and to finalize the solutions of the new policy in the integration process of immigrants, asylum seekers. The research includes a comprehensive approach based on the empirical theories of sociologists specialists on the legal texts, official statistics of the international organizations (UNHCR, UN) through the particular dialogue established with them, interview stages in the refugee centers with asylum seekers, the physical presence and the actual documentation of cases in some European judicial instances.
