Psychosemantics of Management Constructs of Schoolteachers: Identification of Management Problems in Organizsation

Summary/Abstract: Results obtained from a specific education management diagnostic research, combining quantitative and qualitative methods, are presented in the article. The sphere of management diagnostic implementation is education institutions, i.e. schools. The source of the presented information is opinions of 289 schoolteachers about quintessential management problems in organisation. The methodological basis of the research is anonymous survey. At the initial stage, qualitative (hermeneutic) content analysis was used to categorise "free answers". At the following stage, having formed and applied validity of the categories, a quantitative content analysis has been performed. The latter has given an opportunity to formulate principles of psychosemantic derivative rating, taxonomy and structure applying methods of descriptive statistics and cluster analysis.
